This document explains how the user manages consent for optional personal data processing on Good-proxies.ru. On this page, the user can allow all optional services, refuse them, or choose individually which optional services may process data on the current host.
The same first choice can be made in the cookie dialog shown at the bottom of the site on the first visit. The Customize button opens the Details tab, where required cookies, preferences and support, statistics, marketing, unclassified items, and host-specific storage are described. Clicking a category name expands its contents. The switch next to Necessary in that dialog does not disable core services there: it only shows a short warning, while the extended best-effort required-cookie opt-out stays on this page. Marketing and unclassified cookies are not used now.
This consent applies only to data collected after the user enables the relevant optional service in the settings above for the current host. That includes cookies, IP address, approximate location, browser, device, and operating system details, referral source, visited pages, on-page actions, and technical identifiers used to distinguish repeat visits.
If the user opens the Zendesk widget and submits a request, the service also processes the data entered in the form: name, email address, message text, and correspondence metadata.
This consent does not cover data required for basic site operation, abuse protection, or payment processing. That includes mandatory cookies, Cloudflare services, server logs, and data processed by Digiseller, WebMoney, cardlink.link, or other payment providers during a purchase. Those data flows are governed by the privacy policy, the payment provider's terms, and other applicable legal grounds.
This consent enables web analytics, loads the Zendesk widget, supports analysis of how pages are used, helps improve the service, and allows handling support requests sent through the widget.
Under this consent, data is shared only with operators of the optional services that the user enables in the settings above: Yandex Metrica and Zendesk. Cloudflare is not included — it is a mandatory infrastructure and security service.
The personal data may be collected, recorded, systematized, stored, updated, used, transmitted to processors, anonymized when possible, and deleted or blocked when the legal grounds for processing end.
The consent remains valid until withdrawn. The user's main choice is stored in the cookie_consent cookie for 365 days. If the user saves a custom set of optional services on this page, the site also stores that set in cookie_optional_services for 365 days. If the user enables best-effort required-cookie opt-out, that preference is stored without cookies in browser localStorage. Analytics data are stored according to Yandex Metrica's own rules. Zendesk correspondence is kept for up to 3 years from the date of the last message, unless law or an active dispute requires a longer period.
The user can change or withdraw consent at any time on this page. The new setting applies to future page loads for the current hostname. If analytics or the support widget have already loaded in the open tab, refresh the page after saving the new choice. To withdraw consent over a request already submitted through Zendesk, email support@good-proxies.ru from the same address and specify which correspondence should be reviewed.
